Kugelhähne gehören zu den Absperrarmaturen. Die Kugelhähne können per Hand oder mit einem Antrieb betätigt werden. Durch den ISO Aufbauflansch können bei vielen Kugelhahntypen elektrische oder pneumatische Antriebe montiert werden. Desweiteren gibt es die Möglichkeit Endschalterboxen direkt auf einen Kugelhahn zu montieren.
Je nach Anforderung gibt es Kugelhähne auch mit verschiedenen Zulassungen:

Kugelhähne gibt es in verschiedenen Ausführungen. Bei der Ausführung unterscheidet man, zwischen 1-teilig, 2-teilig oder 3-teiligen Kugelhahn. 1-teilige Kugelhähne haben meist einen reduzierten Durchgang, während 2- und 3-teilige Kugelhähne einen vollen Durchgang besitzen.
Wir haben verschiedene Anschlussarten im Programm. Die Kugelhähne erhalten Sie mit Gewinde-, Flansch- oder Anschweißende.
Bei dem Gehäuse gibt es folgende Materialien zur Auswahl:
- Messig
-Stahl
-Edelstahl
-Grauguss
-Sphäroguss
Alle Kugelhähne können von Hand betätigt werden. Die bewegung können Sie mit einem Handhebel oder einem Handrad mit Getriebe (Aufbauflansch benötigt) ausführen. Bei den Kugelhähnen mit Aufbauflansch gibt es veschiedenste Antriebsmöglichkeiten. Für die Pneumatikantriebe muss zwischen einfach- oder doppeltwirkend entschieden werden. Bei den elektrischen Antrieben gibt es die Auswahl zwischen 24 V, 230 V und 400 V.
Unsere Kugelhähne bieten wir von der Größe 1/4" bis 4" und DN 8 bis DN 600 an.
Für fast alle Kugelhähne sind Prüfzeugnisse 2.2 und 3.1 verfügbar. Aber auch Zeugnisse und Zulassungen sind für besondere Anforderungen möglich:
